We’re looking for a Director of Operations to take on the task of centralizing operations across two fast-moving companies. This is a rare opportunity to build the connection between teams, systems, and processes — creating clarity, consistency, and efficiency while leaving room for innovation.

This role demands a disciplined operator who thrives on structure, but also a creative problem-solver who can design fresh solutions where playbooks don’t exist.

Responsibilites
  • Unify and optimize operations across both companies, standardizing processes where possible while respecting each business’s unique needs.
  • Design and implement scalable systems for finance, HR, compliance, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution with clear roadmaps, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then drive solutions that balance speed with sustainability.
  • Foster cross-company communication and collaboration, ensuring that information, decisions, and priorities flow seamlessly.
  • Build and lead a lean operations team, mentoring staff and instilling a culture of discipline, ownership, and innovation.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in operations leadership (Director level or above), ideally across multiple entities or business units.
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with the ability to bring order to complexity.
  • Equally comfortable in the weeds of process detail and in the big picture of strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset: able to design new processes, not just enforce existing ones.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change across diverse teams and align stakeholders with different priorities.

Benefit
  • A chance to shape the operational backbone of two growing, innovative companies.
  • Competitive compensation in USD.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture that values both rigor and creativity.
  • The opportunity to take on one of the most challenging and rewarding leadership roles in our ecosystem.
